The room and friendly staff was a win. They also allowed check out at 1pm by request with free of charge. They don't have iron delivered to the room but have a laundry room at the 2nd floor (washing machine, dryer and iron + board). There's also a gym.

this is our 2nd time staying. free and easily accessible parking. breakfast variety was ok, but I'm hoping for improvement. the dessert (kueh) was hardened to eat. staff was very friendly and cheerful.

The first hotel i stayed in provided the Dove brand for their bathroom amenities.Congratulation.i love it! The room is comfortable and spacious even though it has a small living room but still enough for 4 people in fact it can fit 6 persons. But the breakfast provided is not variety and tasteless.

Room is clean but small (compared to Holiday Inn next to City Square). Like the separate bath & toilet. But the sound of water from wash basin pipe is very loud.

The room was clean. I asked for a shaving kit and shower cap and they delivered almost immediately. The facilities were good. The laundry room is on the 2nd Floor and you can wash and dry your clothes there. Even has an ironing board. The buffet breakfast was decent and unlimited. The omelet counter starts at only 7.30am so don't go earlier. The coffee was fresh and smelt really good.
