The hotel location is good, the staffs are very friendly and helpful and the room is clean and they upgraded my room to executive room and the room is big and come with bath tub

Helpful and friendly staff. / Good environment, acceptable for an old hotel.. with old furnitures and carpets.. but the room is clean and spacious.. / free multilevel car park for hotel guest.. we just took grab to the city at night..

Hotel near JB City Square Mall across the street R&F Mall too great place to stay worth the money will come back again the hotel breakfast was nice staffs were friendly easy access to the hotel overall was good and awesome

We were there for a night, a stopover before going into Singapore by the Tebrau Shuttle the next day from JB Sentral. It was only a 12mins walk to the station and most of it was on an elevated covered walkway. There is a foodcourt nearby and several mamak restaurant too.
