Lovely upper pool with fantastic view, but often full. Sheer Rocks restaurant was a great bonus, right there in the hotel! Cocktails nice and strong. Good to have an option of panini's if you didn't feel like going to the same restaurant three times a day. A la carte menu in the restaurant had good options, although it was a bit hit and miss. Concierge service was a great help with booking taxis etc. Coffee bar was nice with a little shop and sweet treats.

Hotel was located a 45-minute drive from the airport which was perfect. We stayed in a sea-view cottage room which was very clean and well kept, although we did see a couple of cockroaches but they were quickly dispatched. The bed was big and comfortable and the bathroom roomy with 2 showers and a single sink. Disappointingly, the fridge in the room wasn't stocked at all though it did come in handy to store things. The food was very good and we informed the hotel in advance that my wife has a particular food intolerance. The first couple of days were a bit hit and miss but once the chef was informed he just cooked her a meal every evening that she could eat. My thanks go out to Bryan the chef who in his words said 'leave it with me and I'll cook you something you can eat each night' (He was good to his word). The staff couldn't be more helpful and were very attentive. All in all I would recommend people staying at this hotel which is slightly cheaper than others on the island but it is located on the cliff edge so getting to most of the rooms requires walking up an incline.
