The place was spic and span! Really lovely small hotel and comfortable rooms! The bar had some good drinks too and was excellently located for places to eat and shop.

I have received excellent customer service, Wonderful view with swimming pool, friendly staff are very helpful, and also free transport that was amazing, I couldn't believe it. Then I have told my friends they were surprised. And the food mouthwatering. I loved the coffees. I am happy to say Free WiFi. I Thank the evening reception staff, she was very friendly and helpfully, also booked transport to go to the church and back to the hotel. I am very grateful to her. And thanks again. Also the driver he was friendly and helpful. I am happy to recommend your company to my friends, family, colleagues and everyone.

Facilities are good and clean, room is a good size. Although the Air-conditioning did not blow cool air at all, as per other customer reviews too, so they definitely need to be fixed.

The Room was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The Restaurant and Bar on site was an added Bonus and the Bar staff were really friendly and helpful, going the Extra mile with setting up a table for us outside under cover from the rain.

I was booked at the Falstaff but their internet was out - router blew up! They did not know when it would be fixed and knowing me from many stays and that I need internet for work and meetings - the staff organised a room at the Quertermain for me. Very pro-active and helpful. The staff at the Falstaff are amazing - BArbara and the receptionist on duty on Wednesday mornig. keep up the good work.
