My recent stay at Fairlawns Hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms are undeniably beautiful, offering a touch of elegance and comfort. However, a few areas fell short of the standard expected from a boutique hotel. Pros: Xoliswa's Exceptional Service: Xoliswa was an absolute gem. Her kindness, compassion, and attention to detail were standout features of our stay. Beautiful Garden: The lush, well-maintained garden provided a serene escape and was a highlight of the hotel experience. Lovely Spa: The spa facilities were relaxing and enjoyable, though staff knowledge about retail products could be improved.

We loved the decor and beautiful gardens Comfortable bed. We loved the way the Reception staff welcomed us ( made us feel welcomed) My husband loved the way they accommodated the smokers. Clean and private smoking areas
