The staff oh my God, there a guy at the reception his customer service is top tear, he is bubbly and welcoming he is actually the reason for me extending my stay. He gave 5 star treatment. His customer services is something you will never experience at "The palace" or even "Saxon hotel "

Best Service Ever friendly staff and a very beautiful reception Receptionists went above and beyond to make us comfortable regrettably I couldn't tip her or thank her as she was off duty when I checked out

The hotel has obviously been taken over by new owners. The airconditioners actually work now. The soap dispensers are very convenient, pity they were all empty. The new menu is great, just wish they still had the toasted sandwiches.
