The room was excellent as usual. Clean, crisp linnen. Extra bedding, pillow and towels. Good shower and toilet. I thought the room could have been a bit warmer during the night. But temperatures were mild so ok. Had a good night sleep.

Still my preferred hotel in Joensuu. The location is amazing, overlooking the river and just in the town center. Superb staff and service. I highly recommend it to any visitor to the area.

Was very nice, that linings were put on the blanket and pillow for the kid. The room is clean, toilet looks new.

The staff were nice and the the room was very clean. Breakfast was pretty good, but nothing spectacular. Garage parking was available for an extra fee. Overall, the hotel had very good value for money.

The rooms are basic but always clean. Shower and wc extremely clean. Always enjoy the stay in hotel. Friendly staff. Helpful. Breakfast cheese and meats Hot drinks coffee and or tea Cold drinks water, lemonade and orange juice Smoothy bar with fresh fruits Separate bowls of different nuts Porridge Hot food sausages, scrambled eggs and pancakes

Nice location in the city center, clean rooms and good breakfast. The staff is very helpful. They have an underground parking garage with possibility to charge electric car, which is a great addition!
