This is an extremely cosy hotel, like an oasis in the middle of the shouting and dirty streets of Jodhpur. After camping overnight in the desert, we really enjoyed the very clean linen, warmth in the bedroom and bathroom here. The beds are very comfortable. Delicious food. Very nice lounge decorated with vintage furniture, crockery and old photos.

From the moment we arrived till our departure two days later, Ratan Vilas was our home away from home. We loved the room! The level of service was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had an amazing time. The food was superb. The highlight was splashing in the pool after a yoga session.

Beautiful property. Huge very comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. Everything very well kept and maintained. Excellent staff. They were very helpful with the arrangements for my leaving by bus to Udaipur, called a tuktuk driver and instructed him to take me to the bus stop and make sure I was on the right bus. The gardens and the pool area are neat and beautiful. Good restaurant.

The hotel was gorgeous with lovely facilities. Unfortunately I didn’t get to enjoy it much as I fell quite sick and mostly stayed in. The staff though went out of their way to look after me and even organised a dr to visit. It was quite scary falling ill while travelling but they really made me feel safe and went out of thier way to make sure I was ok. A massive thank you to the manager and all the staff at Ratan Villas

A lovely designed hotel with a great history. The property has a calming atmosphere which is ideal when spending the day in the bustling town! All of the staff were super helpful and friendly, could not do enough for us during our stay. We tried lots of different dishes and every meal was delicious. Would highly recommend!
