Staff were super super amazing! The rooftop bar had fantastic views and the gym was the best equipped gym I've ever seen in a hotel. Beds were also amazing, best pillows ever! Breakfast was a 7/10 - enjoyable, filled a hole but just not amazing compared to other places!

The staff are very nice and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent and delicious. The room was also very nice, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Dela went out of the way to make my hubby's bday a memorable one Yamin the guest relation manager was also very good Thanks to the entire staff who made my hubby's birthday memorable one The view from the room was awesome and the breakfast spread was wonderful. wish I could eat well as choosing was very hard 🤣 also the dinner we had at the bar on the roof top was good but I think they could add variety otherwise it's a MUST Visit ☺️

We loved the spacious rooms, which were spotless and super comfortable. Having a large shower and tub was great, accompanied by good quality bathroom amenities.The facilities were great and the complimentary massages and scheduled activities was a great touch. The location was ideal in order for us to explore Jimbaran, close to many shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a huge variety for people of all ages. (The kids enjoyed the ice cream machine and the chocolate fountain). All the staff, from reception and security, to maintenance and housekeeping were warm and welcoming and made sure that we had a great stay.
