The staff is friendly and breakfast is nice although not much varieties. Bed is comfortable and walking distance to many eateries. Toilet is big but a bit dark. Should have more lights. We like the body shampoo smell.

Nice onsen in the room. Clean room. The room and the outside corridor has a nice Japanese theme. Breakfast has quite alot of variety.

Front line staff service during our check in 07 Apr evening and help us make request to have early breakfast on next day as well as bring our others family member to canteen first while waiting for the check in Kitchen staff service very professional, caring and always with smiling face. This hotel is beautiful! Excellent location. Staff provided service above expectation. Included in price is quite exceptional afternoon tea. Unlimited ice cream! I really felt the hotel make a huge effort to provide for their guests. First thing you'll notice are the beautiful aromas of the place.
