Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Please note that parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Excellent breakfast and managerial staff, the facilities staff was very helpful in making our bed more comfortable. Room was clean and cozy. Benefit of small balcony was very nice for a standard room. Many people we met had been staying there for years and kept returning even though they could afford to stay at other hotels. Free parking was available on our stay. Excellent quality for price.
