The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.When booking 4 rooms or more the cancellation policy is as follows: Free until 14 days. 50% between 14-7 days and total charge when cancelled less than 7 days prior to the arrival. Please note that a 5% charge applies for payments with foreign (not Israeli) credit cards. Cash payments are preferred and are not subjected to this extra charge, as it is meant to cover high credit card merchants and exchange fees.

The location is perfect; it's in the downtown and easy to reach the old town on foot. It's surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. The place is very nice, with modern decoration and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can do your laundry, and the breakfast is excellent. 100% recommended.

The hotel was well organized with common spaces and the room was the same as the one in the photo. Economic option for short stay.

Staff were amazing they really made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The receptionist even called and arranged parking for us before we arrived. Breakfast was tasty and made fresh. The hotel has a communal kitchen, dining area, and terrace. The room was clean and comfortable, it was nice that as a family of 5 we could all be in one room, the room could sleep 6. The location was central to everything, a few minutes walk from the tram stop. The temperature of the hotel was cool, very welcoming after being in the heat of Jerusalem.

This place was so cute! Everything about its design, down to the hotel keys was so beautiful. Clean clean, not a speck of dirt.

Lovely, clean, modern dorm rooms with a curtain across the bed for extra privacy (huge plus). The dorm room had a private toilet and shower, and another small room with seating. The kitchen is lovely, and so is the huge terrace. Definitely the best hostel I’ve stayed in.
