The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

The staff were extra-helpful, dealing with everything from TV instructions to bus information and restaurant recommendations. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing as always and the security was reassuring. The en suite facilities were excellent.

The room was incredibly clean, you could see that the place is well taken care of. Excellent value for money. The garden was amazing, we played chess there in the evening and also enjoyed the breakfast there, which is also truly tasty and well made. The friendly staff helped us organize a taxi at 3am. Thank you so much for making our trip to Jerusalem so pleasant!
