The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Please note that on Saturdays and Jewish holidays check-in is available only after 18:00. Please note that the swimming pool is open from mid April until October. The spa is open Sunday-Thursday from 09:00 to 19:00, and on Friday and Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00. Swimming pool #1: Closed from Sat, Oct 08, 2022 until Fri, Mar 31, 2023.Due to the current situation in Israel, the hotel is working in an emergency format. Some of the facilities might be closed for guests accordingly.

We felt very at home and well looked after. Ronit, the guest manager took extra good care of us and took the time to speak to us to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Food was amazing and selection and variety at the buffet were spectacular.
