Besides the perfect location, Susan's service was amazing. She has a wonderful energy and always answered our questions with a smile (even though she was working alone). Congratulations to Susan, she is a role model!

Very comfortable room, loads of hot water and the hotel is in a great location. The staff were very helpful when we asked about things to do. Coffee machine in the room.

The room looks clean and modern.has Smart TV and nice shower with private boiler.room was big with also little table and 2 chairs to have lunch/dinner.big bed.

The hotel has a perfect location within walking distance of the Old town. Jaffa Gate is just a 10 minute walk away. There is also a light tram station nearby. Do not expect a hotel as a building. The hotel consists of nice rooms located on one floor of an apartment building. There is a small reception at the entrance. The staff is very helpful. Outside there is a nice seating area with armchairs and sunshades.

On the positive side, this hotel has an amazing location in Jerusalem - close to Jaffa Street, the Old City, etc. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a pleasant space to relax in.

The location was perfect, everything we did was within easy walking distance. Suzan welcomed us very nicely and was very friendly. The rooms were large just like the pictures and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet at night . The hotel recommended a parking lot nearby for a fairly reasonable price. There was a ramp from street level to the front desk so it is accessible.

I was surprised with perfect matching of price and good quality of this Hotel. Very clean room , fresh and new towels and bed linen, good size of the room and nice conditioner. Great supportive stuff! best location! highly recommend. I am planning to return to this hotel in 2 weeks. thank you!
