The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Check-in on Saturdays and Jewish holidays may be postponed until after 17:00. Breakfast was on the avarage. The dining room was dark , sad with no windows, some of the products were not fresh , even the bread was fresh only one day. There were no fresh juices . I liked the location and the room which was cmfortable

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel was so comfortable and clean. Staff were so helpful and friendly particularly staff on reception. Very good situation. Near the Old City. Great pool. Would love to stay there again!

The hotel is in a great location with many bus routes right outside the from entrance. The bar mitzvah I attended was within walking distance of the hotel near mantilla mall. Room was clean and comfortable. Certain staff were friendly and helpful. I ran out of tea so I went myself to the bar and the staff were kind enough to give me a teabag and sugar. Overall a good hotel, I would stay again.
