The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.Please note that the hotel has a secondary entrance on 53 Nablus Road.

Yahia is one of the most kind and helpful persons I've met (his co-worker also), made me feel safe nomatter where I was in the city or outside and I thank him so much for this. I would stay again because feeling safe and in peace is more important than having clean carpet, bigger towel or whatever. It is quiet, with comfortable bed, big space, good price, close to Damascus gate 15' walk, many buses just outside the hotel.

1)good treatment 2) They care about your request and the note you leave and try to satisfy you as much as they can. 3) They go up with you to give you the rooms and show you around. 4)The hotel was close to all the places we needed to go Old Town, YMCA, Mount of Olives.

The owner and personel is great guy. Super down to earth and helpful. Gave us bigger room than what we payed for. 3 hours before check-in time because he saw how tired we were. Also helped usnwith the way to transport to the Train Station without using taxi. Would recommend 100% and when I come to Jeruzalém again I will stay here.
