Great views of NYC and the staff were fabulous. V warm and accommodating. We had an issue with public transport and getting tickets with an international card and the ladies at reception were super helpful, as was the gentleman who looked after our luggage while we went out for the day.

We had been recommended by a friend to stay in Jersey City as a alternative to Manhattan and the Hyatt Regency didn't disappoint. The location of the hotel just on the Hudson was amazing providing fantastic views of the Manhattan skyline from both rooms we had booked. It was also next door to the PATH train station providing easy and quick access to Manhattan. Jersey City was also great with a good selection of restaurants within walking distance of the Hotel a safe feel and a quieter option to the bustle of Manhattan The rooms had recently been renovated and were large and very comfortable with a huge TV, sofa and coffee ,making facilities and provided a great space to chill out at the end of a busy sightseeing day.

The room for 2 adults and 2 children with a king size bed and a large sofa does not match the one shown in the photo. The bed is actually a queen size, and the sofa is completely different - very small and does not fold out. Therefore, for our family, the manager kindly provided us with another room with two double beds for comfortable accommodation. The rooms are renovated with fresh repairs. Clean and comfortable. Daily cleaning. Comfortable beds and large wardrobes. Snow-white towels and bed linen. Convenient varied lighting of the room. Very convenient transport location (nearby metro, tram, ferry). Many restaurants and cafes nearby.

The location and the view was excellent. The hotel is nearly attached to a metro station what brings you right in to WTC. A few yards further there is a ferry what brings you into Manhattan and the local tram will bring you to the nearest shopping mall within 10 minutes. The hotel view is the Manhattan skyline. The room was spotless when we got there and was kept clean correctly while we were there. The room was a nice big size with King XL bed and enough room for a L-shaped sofa with a table. I found the sensored lights underneath the bed a nice and clever feature.
