Very nice staff and warm people. I enjoyed the free services included and breakfast, it wasn't too crowded as well which made the pool and Jacuzzi area more relaxing. Totally recommend it and I'd visit again in future.

The food was very good. The kitchen staff even provided raspberry dipped in honey to soothe my cough without even requesting. The service and taste were also impeccable.

Grand resort jermuk – a fine, somewhat outdated hotel, limited spa facilities (pool, pacuzzi and sauna only) Food is ok, not really outstanding, although I have to admit after a week in Armenia that having fresh bread available was a welcome novelty. For a locally owned and managed hotel it is really good, centrally situated in Jermuk, which in itself is worth the visit for its park-like atmosphere.

I recently stayed at Grand Resort in Jermuk, and it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel focuses on spa and wellness, and from the moment I arrived, I felt calm and well taken care of. The spa is amazing! I tried a few different treatments, including a massage and a facial, and they were fantastic. The hotel uses the famous healing waters of Jermuk, and it was such a special experience to enjoy the baths. The staff were very kind and professional, making sure I was comfortable during every treatment. The sauna was also great for unwinding after a long day. In addition to the spa, the hotel offers fitness, yoga, and nature walks, which gave me a chance to explore the beautiful surroundings. The fresh air and peaceful environment made me feel completely relaxed. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the restaurant. They serve three meals a day, and every meal was delicious! The food was fresh, healthy, and there were lots of options to choose from. Whether I wanted something light or a more filling meal, everything was prepared perfectly. I looked forward to every meal! The hotel is very well-kept, and my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were always friendly and ready to help with anything I needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a relaxing spa and wellness vacation with great food, Grand in Jermuk is the perfect choice. I left feeling refreshed and happy, and I can’t wait to come back.

The room was spacious and I enjoyed the pillows and duvets, they were as soft as a soufflé. The hotel isn't crowded at all, all the facilities are available, although I know it was overbooked at the time. The staff was perfect, I want to thank them very much. They make you feel like you're a valued guest and you can be sure that any question or problem will be solved without delay or fuss. The breakfast was really nice for both children and elderly with special requests in our large family group. The spa was great, I especially enjoyed the spacious Jacuzzi and my family members enjoyed every medical and spa procedure. Thank you so much, I feel so refreshed after my stay.
