The fine print

A partir del 1 de enero de 2023, se aplicará de nuevo el IVA del 19% a los servicios turísticos. Sin embargo, los no residentes en Colombia pueden acogerse a la exención del IVA siempre que cumplan con lo establecido en el Decreto 297 de 2016. Para ello, deben mostrar su pasaporte físico con el sello de ingreso y permanencia vigente (PT) o una visa temporal vigente con sello de visa de turista (V). De lo contrario, no se podrá aplicar la exención. Importante: Los pagos anticipados se realizarán siempre antes de aplicar el IVA. Las personas no exentas deberán abonar el importe correspondiente al IVA en el momento del check-in. Tenga en cuenta que este alojamiento NO admite mascotas en sus instalaciones. Los huéspedes deberán mostrar en el momento del check-in un documento de identidad válido y la misma tarjeta de crédito que añadieron al hacer la reserva como garantía de la misma.
