I liked the beds. I also enjoyed the art and complimentary coffees. The hotel is clean and the rooms, although bare, have very nice beds.

An excellent, nutritious and satisfying breakfast. A restful room with a spectacular view of the mountains, courteous and helpful service and an excellent location. There is hot shower and great Wi-fi.

Perfect location, just a couple of minutes walk into the main plaza. Our room had an incredible view of the mountains on one side and the church on the other - I loved the opening in the shower. Great bathroom. We were able to check in very slightly early which was appreciated.

The manager and staff were incredible friendly and helpful in answering questions and in arranging activities. I have never experienced this level of service with a smile before. It was truly exceptional service. They made you feel like you were their best friend.The manager who's name is (Carolina or Karolina) has the most magnetic personality and smile. The hotel common areas are clean, modern and nicely decorated. Another plus was they have their own 2 story parking garage and free parking. I loved this. If and when I go back to Jericho I will definitely stay there again. My stay there was my best experience with a hotel since I can remember.
