The location was prefect and the hotel was excellent The staff were incredibly Friendly and helpful The hotel day manager Reyes had spotted it was my birthday and at breakfast gave me a birthday cake from the hotel Never had such excellent and exemplary service in a hotel before Much appreciated

Good location, quiet, but walking distance to centre. Small and intimate hotel. Private parking. Large spacious room with efficient aircon, very comfortable bed, jacuzzi bath, dressing gown/slippers, coffee machine/kettle, water etc..

Welcome at check in was very warm and friendly. Room was outstanding in terms of size, comfort, quality of appointment and value. The service and the ambience for meals at the restaurant and outside were excellent too. Food was lovely. Staff everywhere were friendly and most helpful. Although not located in the old town centre the hotel was excellent and we would stay there again.

The hotel had the wow factor on arrival as we drove through the gates. Great welcome by reception staff and welcome sherry. Beautiful downstairs communal spaces. Our room was stunning. Massive bedroom and bathroom plus a sitting room leading to garden view terrace. Pool area very quiet, clean and relaxing. Breakfast was good. Nothing amazing and felt a bit rushed by staff. Food at lunchtime was very good. Drink and food very well priced. Well located for the city centre around 6 euros in a taxi. Taxi ordered by reception arrived always within 5 minutes. Beautiful city to visit
