I asked for a room with a shower. I was told no shower at this level. You have to upgrade to the next level. I asked what would this cost I was told at the front desk this was not available. When I got to my room it had a SHOWER only. It was a handicapped room. Wheelchair accessible so shower only. Just what I asked for. So happy. I was happy with the service over Breakfeast. Very nice service lady.

Placement of the hotel to the town centre and the riding school was excellent. The room was spacious and the bed extremely big and comfortable. The bar,after we had been out at night was welcome and staffed by nice people.

Good location but on a busy road. Easy to get to and some underground parking. Convenient for the Equestrian school, old town feria. Good breakfast.

The room was good-sized, with all the facilities you would expect from a modern hotel. Sadly, not a single English-speaking TV channel, e.g. News. We feel that the NH Group present themselves well, the overall feel and look of the hotel is modern and appealing. The breakfast was very nice, lots of fruits, breads, teas, juices, yogurts and eggs with omelettes available to order. The location is a 10-minute walk from the centre of town. Public parking is available across the road and costs around 18 euro per day. The parking area seems quite safe and has an area to walk the dog in the morning and evening.

We were able to checkin early. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, and everything seemed clean and tidy. The staff were very nice.

It is a very nice hotel with a large room with an excellent view of Jerez. The service at the reception was very, very good and helpful, especially when helping us with our bikes. Thank you.

As a group of friends we went for the Feria de Caballo booking three junior suites. The rooms met expectations and were very comfortable, the bathrooms were a bit small but the shower had plenty of power and the water was hot. A full range of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc was provided. Hair dryers were provided. Breakfast was very good with eggs being cooked to order the way you like them, poached, fried, omelette etc. The location is very convenient for the Feria and town. Staff were helpful.
