What a great place in Jeonju as an experience sleeping in a (very) cozy hanok house! The room has a lot of modern facilities such as air conditioning, cable TV, a hairdryer, and an automatic toilet. As a hanok guesthouse, I slept on the floor, in a comfy and lovely futon bed. The Guesthouse street is in front of the Namcheongyo bridge, where we can see the sunset, and a few steps from the Hanok Village attractions. I reached the guesthouse from the Jeonju train station taking a bus, which took around 30min. Mr. Kang - my host - gave me a map and I could check that all attractions of the Hanok Village were within walking distance - from the Cathedral to the Jaman Mural Village. The touristic point that is a bit from the village is the Deokjin Park. It took around 30 min to get here by bus.

My son and his girlfriend got food poisoning on the way to the hotel. The host helped me to order chicken porridge for them.

Very cute place in a great location. My room was indoors and didn't have a door towards the garden but given the price it was great value for money. You get to experience the traditional hanoks stays. It would be great to have a guide book with local places to try. I loved the little garden at the front, it was very soothing
