Great location - public transport ( bus) across the street is a huge advantage for city and airport access . Decent sized double rooms and overall a clean upkeep of the property .

As a solo foreign traveller, this hotel was excellent. I was greeted warmly upon arrival by staff, which was so welcomed after plane delays. The room was very comfortable and I enjoyed daily breakfast in their restaurant. It was excellent value. The hotel is in a great location. There is public transport directly out the front and food and entertainment district within walking distance. Above all, the hotel is very well priced and it all exceeded my expectations. I won’t hesitate to stay again or recommend to family and friends. Thank you.

The stay was good with nice view and many facilities such as transport and food facilities. the staff was amazing, they was of great help everyday they guide us how to go to visit many places. The plus point for this hotel goes for the staffs

Ramada by Wyndham Jeju City Hall is a typical Ramada hotel with standard rooms and standard amenities. The hotel is located near an airport bus stop and to the nightlife area in Jeju (City Hall bus stop). Breakfast is not provided, but there's a 7-11 nearby with coffee and some breakfast food. Perfectly fine for a short stay. My real rating is about a 7.8/10.

Everything exceptional ,specially staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good.lactation is very good. McDonald’s and bank is nearby . Taxi availability at 2 minutes service .

Our first hotel during our trip. I love the spacious, comfy room, and the toilet has a bidet (necessary for Asian). There are lots of restaurants/shops near the hotel, which makes it easy to find food. There is also a restaurant in the lobby that sells chicken, but it is only open at 5 pm. There are 7-11 beside the hotel, which is convenient for us to have breakfast there. The hotel was on the side road as well, so easy to find taxis. There is no bellboy who can help you with your luggage, which I think is common across all hotels in Korea. They have coin laundry, which you can use it on your own.
