Its not what we expected based on photos especially there was no bathtowels available. Ive never stayed in a hotel without bathtowels.... first time ever. I work as executive housekeeper in Australia and i travelled a lot so not finding a bathtowels in room is unexpected....

I like the location as it is not far from the International Airport. Pampas Hotel is near to Yongduam Rock. I visited Jeju during winter and the mattress is really comfortable. The receptionist is helpful even though they speak little English. Ample parking space some more with super reasonable price per room.

Location was good near airport, value for money with clean classy modern hotel and receptionist at desk . Love d sound of waves , could hear it from my room …so happy staying here although just for a night

The location is close to the beach, and the room is really spacious. This will be a great place for those who look forward to great sea views and serene atmosphere.

Reasonably close to the airport, suitable for a quick night stay if you are touching down at night, before heading out! It's close to the rainbow coastal road and has a bit of a seaview. Staff were helpful and check in was smooth

Good value for the money if you need an overnight stay between your flight and the rest of the trip.The reception staff was very helpful with suggestions and even ordered a taxi for me on departure.
