The receptionists are friendly and very helpful, the rooms are clean, the lobby is spacious enough for waiting, and the location is extremely strategic making it very convenient to get around using public transportation.

Very clean and comfortable room. I had a balcony as well on the 11th floor. Location is amazing and opposite to bus stop 600.

Highly recommended. Close to the airport. The room was fabulous and clean . Very close to lotte Hotel with a pickup point to days tour ( 10 minutes walking ) .

The hotel and the overall stay was great! However the staff could barely speak English :/ Other than that, I totally recommend it!
