Super nice and friendly staff. They always answer questions vervy helpfully. Location is very great and close to the Bus terminal! There are a lot restaurants in neighbood area.

Near to the airport, so manh shopping malls and market are close by. The staffs were very friendly. Loved the room, it’s exactly shown as picture. Would highly recommend this place when you visit Jeju.

Comfortable and big room. Speedy Wi-Fi and free parking at the hotel. Despite being a bitt off-center, plenty of food options in the vicinity.

Excellent hotel, close location near a bus stop for the whole area and next to the hotel there is a convenience store. Another advantage is that it is a fifteen-minute drive from the airport. The room itself was a spacious room including a kit for the shower such as Cotton swab, cotton wool, a comb which we did not see in other hotels At the first opportunity we will return to the hotel on the next trip

Front desk staff is quite friendly. I was a bit unhappy with the carpet in the room. The staff immediately arranged for a room with wooden floors. I am very grateful for this arrangement, very professional.

Astar is in a good location for public transport and Jeju Olle hiking routes. It was very clean and the buffet breakfast was good .
