The location is very good. The staff are okay. Some are helpful while others are just okay. The cleaning staff are very helpful and accommodating. General experience was good.

Warwick hotel surprises me with their good service and quality. Staff was very good. Room service and house keeping were excellent. Breakfast was superb with all variaties. I have stayed in warwick Alkhobar earlier and my expectation was not high but warwick jeddah has amazed me with their quality. Wifi speed was excellent. Excellent value for the money.

From the moment I arrived, Mohammed’s warm welcome, genuine kindness, and incredible attention to detail made all the difference. He truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and it’s clear he takes immense pride in providing outstanding service. Mohammed’s ability to anticipate my needs and make thoughtful recommendations elevated my entire experience. Whether it was answering questions with patience, ensuring a smooth check-in, or following up to make sure I was comfortable, he showed an unparalleled level of care. The hotel itself was excellent, offering clean and comfortable rooms at a great price. The breakfast was another highlight—delicious, varied, and perfectly prepared each morning. However, as wonderful as the amenities were, it was Mohammed who truly set this stay apart. His dedication and personal touch made me feel valued and appreciated in a way I’ve rarely experienced at other hotels. The overall experience was good . staff are very cooperative , professional and efficient . Mr. Majed , Mr. Youssef , Lady at the reception , Mr. Rashed (the bell boy) all were so cooperative. Room service was efficient. The breakfast was superb. location is perfect.

I recently stayed at the Warwick Hotel in Jeddah and was thoroughly impressed. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. A special thanks to Miss Hiba for her outstanding assistance and kindness, which made my experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jeddah.

Breakfast was good and contains nice varieties. The experience overall was up to my expectations, however, minor comments are left to improve the service.

You always greet us with a smile and gave a huge contribution with your dynamic personality and imparting skills such as guiding to tourism places in Jeddah and also, following up until you assured that we’ve received the Arabic coffee at first night which reflected a very good impression toward the hotel hospitality. Would really like to thank the staff especially ( Ms. EMAN ) , and say that being a receptionist is difficult sometimes but you have definitely made it different as we’ve seen with a smiling face and cheerful attitude and most importantly quick reservation check- in&out. Salsabil by Warwick is really very lucky that they actually have such an amazing receptionist for this hotel, who actually performs all her duties as well as all her responsibilities so very well each and every time. Just thanks will not be enough to appreciate your work. You are such a wonderful person whose work will never fail and thank you for being a part of this hotel.
