Very clean and good staff and above all the manager Mr Hissam upgraded my room from single to a suite. Location is excellent for everything Macdonald and all. The Hotel is lucky to have you as a manager Mr Hissam keep up

Very pleasant and helpful staff. I stayed with my child who liked the hotel and the staff so he asked to stay in the same hotel when we came back to Jeddah few days later. Swimming pool in the first floor with resting area is amazing. Areej one of the staff was very kind and helpful ( Thank you). Ibrahim was kind and helpful as well, he upgraded us for free. I would definitely stay there again when I go to Jeddah.

The hotel is excellent in terms of location, facilities, and rooms. I have stayed there multiple times due to my work and frequent travels to Jeddah. One of the key reasons I chose it repeatedly is the reception staff and their exceptional service, especially Mr. Abdulilah Al-Abdali and all his colleagues.
