We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the quality of service that your hotel provides. The impeccable service made our stay most enjoyable. From the time we checked in until the day we checked out, I can honestly say outstanding service! The staff was attentive and helpful, making our family weekend quite exceptional. By the way, the breakfast buffet was great. We love it. That's why it's definitely for us to come back and stay here not only as my hotel of choice but as well for my wife and my kids too. Location, Hotel & Room were great. Standard of the room was awesome & was very comfy. Cleanliness was a real deal. TV was a smart TV which was even better as i could connect my Netflix account & enjoy.

- The lads at the desk at night, and the lady at the desk in the morning was very helpful. - The room was immaculate - Was very close to the train station

The staff especially the f&b staff, Mohannat and Middat. Since they don't have a proper service restaurant yet these two young Saudis tried their level best to accommodate any request possible

As it was a business trip, we booked a long stay at Marlo and reserved a junior suite. The suite was very clean, spacious and comfy. The staff was very helpful and was accommodating all the requests swiftly. The agents at the reception are especially very polite and friendly. We also liked the location of the hotel, as we could find laundry, different markets, dining places in the walking distance.

Amazing hotel, with super friendly staff, especially with the gentleman at the reception and Saif at breakfast. The breakfast is rich, different every day, the rooms are spacious, bright and very clean. Shops and restaurants are also nearby. I warmly recommend!
