As a first time In Jedahh , The hotel is really good in a good location, as descriped in Pictures. comfy king sized bed, room service all are met my expectations. I really would like to say a big thank you to Hotel Reception day shift staff , I have to mention them by name : Mouhammed Alwaqde( محمد الواقدي) Wissam Alzhrani ( وسام الزهراني) and Faisal Alzhrani ( فيصل الزهراني) they let me feel as I am at home. always answering my questions and helping me where to go and things to do in Jeddah, very polite and they super nice and I become friend with them , so thank you all. I will stay again in your hotel.

Extremely comfortable bed, good size room, lovely walk-in shower and everything I needed in room. Staff were kind, friendly and efficient. Very nice people. Good location and I got an excellent rate. Love this place and hope to return.
