Mr Jaman and abu Ibrahim were very accomodating and helpful and very friendly l...one female was abit unwelcoming on our first day she was the lady at the front office in the morning...and the other lady wasn't friendly on our last day..there was alot of miscommunication between the staff in the front office as different people were telling us different things..there seemed to be alot of back and forth from our end inoder to establish our check ou which was quite confusung and stressful. They need to leave messages on their system and not rely on their phones for updated information.

It had the facilities and is about 15 min drive from the airport. It's ok to stay for transit. It's dated, but beds were clean. Overall dining area needed a hoover. Chef went out of his way to cook for us. Good for £44. Also provided a free shuttle vehicle to the airport.

The hotel was nice and clean staff was friendly. I couldn’t speak Arabic the staff speak in English so that was easy. The room was big the bed was massive 10 minutes from the Airport Salah from England

Everything, quite, clean, service and Mr. Fazl in the reception made the stay more comfortable, we arrive at 4 AM he made sure that our check in and check out done in fraction of a second. And big thanks to the restaurant chef for the early breakfast. This is my regular hotel in Jeddah for work and leisure stay
