Perfect service, cleanliness, hospitality The director of the hotel Mr Mohamad( egyptian) was exceptional he is serving everone everwhere: in the reception, in the restaurant even to carry customers luggage ..so helpful , polite and smiling.May ALLAH bless him The restaurant chef was helpful too and supervising every lack of food or drinks to renew it immediately and also he is aware about food allergies which sometimes cannot be found in very famous hotels

The staff 11/10 - a credit to the hotel. They were magnificent. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfy with all relevant mods. Location is good. Right near the mall and restaurants.

The staff are wonderful. Friendly, helpful and keen to make sure you have everything you need. They were really helpful with the WiFi issues and let us use the meeting rooms for work.

Every service was brilliant and this is the 3rd time I stayed in Charli hotel , very close to all best locations in Jeddah, the staff very friendly and the quality was excellent. Special thank to the receptionist.
