Incredibly kind and helpful person at the reception and other staff as well. Hotel is very modern and feels like it's a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is very tasty with lots of options.

Location was great. Close to many restaurants and the popular Palestine street. The corniche and the King Fahd's fountain is about 15 mins walk. Breakfast was good. Had everything including a section for Arabic food. Reception staff spoke good English

The executive suite is very cozy, comfortable and well furnished. The bed is super! 90⁰ view of the city from the windows. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable as well. The breakfast is good. Good location

The rooms is exactly as pictured. The location. There is a supermarket within 5 minutes walk. There were also many restaurants nearby. After 2 weeks eating Arab food, eating Chinese food was so refreshing.

Staying at hotel Aluya was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The cleanliness was impeccable — everything was spotless and well-maintained, creating a truly comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better. Perfectly situated, it allowed me to easily explore the area while enjoying the convenience of having everything I needed close by. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff. They were exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make every guest feel welcome. Their professionalism and kindness elevated the experience to a whole new level. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone! Whether for a short getaway or an extended stay, it’s a place where you’ll feel both pampered and at home. I’ll definitely be returning!
