Comfortable bungalow with good kitchen and utensils. Parking in a designated bay. There is a pool with loungers plus a quiet area with loungers too. We went out of season so it was quiet even though there is a nightclub next door (thankfully shut until NYE). Great location, just round the corner from the sea and a little walk (5 mins) to Arenal Beach. Lots of bars and restaurants.

We really liked the location of the bungalows.The owner sent us a video of where the apartment was and how to obtain entry and where to park which we thought was excellent communication.Never had this before!The apartment was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of Javea from our terrace

The location was truly fantastic.. within a minutes walk you are on the beach, parking was an extra surprise! The pool area so peaceful. The bungalow spacious, well equipped and comfortable! We were not disturbed by any noise at all even though we stayed end of July / early August.

The whole complex was spotlessly clean and tidy. Everything in our apartment was clean and in working order. Nicely decorated- light and airy, modern furniture and appliances. Kitchen well stocked with crockery and cutlery and everything required for self-catering. Easy and very close access to restaurants, beach,shops and bus stops. Fabienne (sorry if this is wrong) was absolutely fantastic! She gave clear instructions on how to get to the property- even sending a video of the approach which was really helpful. She checked that everything was okay with the apartment, gave us the maintenance man’s contact details if we needed anything when she was off duty. Very friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect- clean and undamaged, gardens and terraces well maintained.

The Location is amazing! It's literally 50 meters from the beach and all the bars and restaurants. Enough space and very clean! The private parking in front of the apartment is also great!

Excellent location within easy walking distance of restaurants and bars. Kitchen appliances clean and modern, including washing machine. Air conditioning excellent.
