These type of rooms are situated on a second floor and are only stairs access.Pets are always accepted upon prior request. We have used this hotel many times. Convenient location, friendly staff, good facilities and we can take the dogs. It's simple and we love it.

Bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and available.

pool was dirty and needs more regular cleaning. Bar/restaurant on site opened and closed as and when those running it (not hotel staff) felt like opening it, it was never open after 4, some days not at all. Beds for us were fine some of our friends were rock hard. Once we got a topper for our bed it was fine. We had two different rooms. The one bed was fine. The two bed had a small kitchenette which was crazy for an apartment that slept a minimum of 4. Both rooms had no Ironing board we had to ask for one in each. The hotel is nice but tired in parts. We left a list of things that needed to be fixed, which I felt happened because previous clients didn't report things, so the hotel could not rectify the issues. The maintenance man was very quick to sort out the different repairs. Really a place for families not really couples. Parking on the street outside if you don't want to pay to park in the garage. Overall it was OK but we wont rush back.

It is located 5 mins drive from the beach. Fairly spacious sleeping quarters. Pet friendly. Monica at the reception went an extra mile to help us in a very friendly kind way. We are very grateful.

comfy beds. very clean. Aircon. Clean towels given to you everyday. ( if you want them) easy check in. park outside ( free) or pay for garage inside.. access to 3 pools-one deep one. this time we stayed in 2 bed apartment which was big. there is a little bar and a restaurant right outside if you don't want to go far after a long day travelling..
