Room was a really good size with 2 queen beds, very comfortable, shower was good. Gym / fitness facilities also good and pool / hot tub great. Good location on the edge of town so nice and quiet, benefitting from free parking and only a 15 minute walk into the heart of town

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Location good, walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool and guest laundry were a bonus. We had most of our breakfasts and dinners at the hotel restaurants, all the food was delicious.

Becca in the restaurant was very friendly and accommodating. We had her for both breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Rooms were updated and clean. Having your own kitchenette was also a huge added bonus. Would definitely rebook.

Comfy bed. Restaurants indoors so don’t have to go out and get cold. Really helpful staff. Elk were nearby on arrival.

We were upgraded to the brand new section of the hotel. The room was very very nice, & I don't know who designed the bathroom but it's top notch with beautiful black tap wear & accessories. We used the lounge area on the bottom floor for pre dinner drinks each night we stayed. I could not fault the hotel & I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in Jasper.
