Attention to detail . Even after recently reopening after the wildfires , the staff was all hands on deck and professional . It was such a great stay that my husband and I are comparing other hotels we have stayed at since and looking for the Jasper Fairmont experience again.

The property is perfectly located . Not to far from town in remote setting that is both tranquil and serene. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities are over the top amazing. Fresh mountain air combined with beautiful scenery makes this place a true gem. Can’t say enough good things about JPL.

A last minute booking as the lodge had not been reopened when we planned our trip. It was a nice addition. Clearly still recovering from the fires and we were pleased to see that the lodge was donating 100% of our fees to the funds to help rebuild the town. The room was spacious and we loved the log fire, we had bad weather so it was very welcome. We enjoyed the planetarium evening.

the staff in the hotel were lovely and the drinks and bar area really good. All very welcoming. instead of two double beds, one queen bed would have been better but all very lovely
