Stunning location, lovely spacious bedroom and amenities. Peaceful and tranquil setting. Made to feel so very welcome and the locally sourced food and wine was most enjoyable.

We couldn’t have felt more at home here at Chateau Vary. From the moment we pulled into the driveway, we were greeted by Lola the dog. We’d been travelling for 3 weeks prior and were missing at dog back home in Australia. So it felt like home. Benedict and Paul are the nicest people we’ve ever met and made our stay really memorable. The food here was amazing we looked forward to coming home each day after exploring the area and smelling what delicious things Paul was cooking up in the kitchen. My 18yr old son said it felt like saying goodbye to family as we drive out the driveway. We will definitely be coming back here again and again.

This hotel is everything you ever dreamed you wanted in the Loire Valley. It’s also possible to host small parties in their terrasse area and the food is amazing.
