I could not recommend this Finca enough if you are looking for a few relaxing days in Jardin. It is situated a bit on the hillside but with this location you have a wonderful view over jardin and hiking opportunities starting at your door step. Lina is the lovliest host you could imagine and she can help you with everything you need. She showed us all the different hiking possibilities and view points but she could also arrange coffee tours, organized hikes or horse riding tours. We also loved relaxing in the hammocks and watching the beautiful birds eating the bananas in the Garden. The rooms have all you need, are clean and the bed is comfy. To get to town you could either walk 20 min, take a tuktuk for 15‘000COP or go with the cable car which is close by and very fast. There are a few smaller restaurants in 5 Min walking distance but they close at around 6pm . And for breakfast: you will get the best breakfast in the world prepared with so much love from Lina every morning!

Absolutely gorgeous property and Lina and Camilo are perfect hosts. Breakfast is wonderful and the walk into Jardin is a delight. If you come to Jardin you should definitely stay at Jardin Consentido

Sitting in the garden at anytime of the day and enjoying the birds flying around or eating from the birdfeeder is so peaceful whilst overlooking the valley The family who own the property are all so friendly and will try to help you with anything you want to do in the beautiful Jardin including transport and tours A traditional local breakfast was very tasty and a lovely hot chocolate to go with it!

Amazing place with a view over Jardin. Truly a dream place for a few days. Quite easy to access by tuk tuk. Much better than being in the village. Room was spacious and nice, and water was warm.

We loved the location of the property - about 30 mins walk uphill from town. The attention to detail in the furnishing and decor both inside and out was outstanding. Breakfast was always interesting, beautifully presented and served with a smile. Lina and Camilo are wonderful hosts who are happy to share their personal space with you. The birds visiting the feeder are a constant source of joy. Lina helps with booking tours, horse rides, tuk-tuks and probably much more. If you like peace, quiet, nature and being surrounded by art, this is for you.

We had an unforgettable stay at Alojamiento Rural Jardín Consentido! From the moment we arrived, Lina and Camilo made us feel at home. Their warmth and eagerness to share the best local spots truly enhanced our experience. Each morning, we were treated to delicious and diverse homemade breakfasts that felt like a real highlight of the day. The room itself was spotlessly clean and cozy, offering a perfect retreat after exploring the town. The view from the terrace was simply breathtaking—overlooking both the mountains and the town, with a peaceful bird-watching spot just outside. The surrounding garden felt like a little piece of paradise where we could unwind. We also loved the fact that the room is nestled in a rural area of the town, offering different scenic routes to explore the surrounding nature on foot. It was easy to reach the colorful town of Jardín, yet we could enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and immerse ourselves in the beauty of the landscape along the way. The accommodation was also just a short walk to a bar where we could sip on a refreshing michelada (beer with lemon juice and salt) while watching the sunset over the town. It was the perfect way to end the day. This place combines natural beauty, exceptional hospitality, and local charm in a way that’s hard to beat. If you're looking for a peaceful, welcoming escape with amazing views, this is the place to be!

Very friendly hosts, excellent breakfast, clean room... everything was super nice, especially we loved drinking our morning coffee on the terrace with the view of Jardin and lush vegetation around.
