An infrastructure tax was introduced by the Zanzibar government on 1st July 2015. The tax of US$5 per person per day is to be collected by the hotel accommodation from all inhouse guests on behalf of the Zanzibar Revenue Board (ZRB). This amount is payable directly on check-in.We accept MasterCard and Visa. Please be advised that all credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 3%.For bookings of up to 5 rooms, a different cancellation policy applies. Cancellations must be made at least 60 days before arrival to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. Additionally, prepayment is required 60 days prior to arrival. We had a wonderful stay at Reef and Beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food had variety and was always freshly prepared and delicious. We loved having a choice of restaurants and the all three pools were phenomenal. We particularly enjoyed the location of the resort for snorkelling in crystal clear water. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for your hospitality!

An amazing resort. Surprisingly had monkeys on the resort which was an added bonus. The steps leading off the pier into the crystal clear waters was simply breathtaking. A brilliant place for families, friends or couples. Highly recommended and would certainly come back again 👌🏽

Absolutely everything. I took my sister for a nice getaway during February 2025.The people are very friendly and the accommodation was awesome. We had a room with the pool at our dore step. The food oh wow you have to see it to believe it, the tables were overflowing with all different kinds of food. The excursions were great and we had a blast with our tourgide Shadow. It was a very big surprise. The resort is amazing, simple and beautiful, with different areas to relax. The food in the main restaurant is very diverse with delicious local food. The people were very friendly (I would like to mention Chef Henry and Leonard in the Italian restaurant and Debora, the guest relation manager who made my stay even better), and the animation was enjoyable every night. It was a very relaxing and quiet area. The beach and the sea are incredible. Beautiful to explore the marine life when it is low tide. I recommend it and will be back for sure.

Gorgeous location with lots of space & choice of pools or jetty/sea facing. The jetty was our preferred sunbathing spot as the views were stunning & the sea breeze lovely. The beds were super comfy and rooms kept clean.

Great setting and views! The staff was amazing, especially the food and beverage manager that really helped us with our gluten free diet!
