The rooms are so beautiful and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was also wonderful. Staff is also friendly. It is a nice and big hotel.

Didn’t even know about food court or even the casino! we were so super pleasantly surprised!! From the doorman to the front staff.. everyone was so willing to assist and just pleasant we LOVED it and wish it was avail when we crossed through the states again. However, we will be back! Oooh and the room was A1!

Big TV, comfy bed, roomy shower. Was Close to airport - purely booked due to change of flight date and to be closer for transit. On check in, offered to change us to a room with 2 double beds for our family of 4 which was greatly appreciated.

It was nice, clean, spacious and modern. The location was close to JFK and the facilities were great. The staff were great too so I would highly recommend!

Location: Easy to get to from airport by cab or metro. I took the air train to Howard beach and then A line metro just 2 stops to Aqueduct Racetrack) which is right in front of the resort. Note: you can use the skybridge but then need to go down to the parking lot and walk to the hotel side entrance. Room: spacious, clean, neat, well designed, very comfy bed & pillows and has all you need. Facilities: I enjoyed using the gym and they have a few Restos on site. Staff: Friendly and helpful. I stayed for a night and enjoyed it.

This is a busy airport hotel yet it was a quick and welcoming checkin and checkout. The staff at the Front Desk were smiling and pleasant. The room and bedding were very comfortable.

Everything was excellent. We stayed overnight with 3 children to meet a member of the family early morning coming to JFK. Very close to Terminal 4. Free parking near the hotel. Room was clean, with two queen size beds. Breakfast was nice, 25$ per person (free for children under 12 yo). I especially liked the espresso coffee from coffee machine at breakfast.
