Overall a good stay, especially for the price during Christmas time. Service was friendly and helpful, breakfast was much better than other continental breakfast options I have experienced in similar hotels. Takes a while to get to Manhattan by public transport but bus & subway were reliable. The airport shuttle offered by the hotel was very convenient!

My partners flight wasn’t until 7pm, they kindly offered a free late check out until 12pm. They also allowed him to pay a small fee to have a check out at 3pm which was amazing!!!! The room was big and spacious, clean and was great value for money.

10 minute uber from the airport, staff were unbelievably lovely (especially the man who checked me in - SO kind!)
