Its clean and thank you for the team upgraded our room to suite and we have a very memorable 25th anniversary in here. Hospitality of all staffs are great, very friendly and accommodative. Fast response to our needs. And leave so many lovely notes, thank you once again

The whole experience was amazing, the Ritz-Carlton lived up to our expectations. Natasha and Vinny decorated the room for our wedding anniversary, it was a such a lovely surprise!! Natasha showed a lot of thought and care with emails prior to our arrival, thank you so much for making our stay so special... The friendly restaurant staff served amazing food, particularly Patrick our waiter who was so very helpful. The concierge booked our day trip, and even gave us a framed photo to remember the day!!!! wonderful guy.

The staff really make this hotel great, the concierge staff even paid for my taxi on arrival as the one I had booked prearrival didn't show up, so I had no local currency. After a long journey from London, and arriving at the hotel at 2am, this was a welcome relief. The club lounge staff were also lovely and gave a friendly and efficient service always remembering my name.

Everything was perfect from the begining. The cleanliness, kindnes and profesionality of the staff, especially Ms. Salome Raphaela. The club lounge had a various food and drink choice. The room was very nice and comfortable. We will for shure come back again on our next trip to Jakarta.

Breakfast was good but the Stuff is unbelievable helpful and kind! When I go Jakarta again I know where to stay !
