Literally one of the best places I've stayed so far (from hostels and 5 star hotels), in thousands of stays and hundreds of trips around the world. Great friendly and helpful staff. Very good quality of construction, and minimal noise from neighbours or staff. I got a free upgrade to the larger one bedroom unit that was available. Comfy hard bed. Huge areas. 5 or 6 floors of parking. Very long pool and a practical gym with 3 treadmills. I didn't even check the ground floor which had a running track and BBQ facilities. I also didn't try the breakfast/restaurant since it wasn't included in my booking, and we ate outside due to various commitments. The location isn't too bad.

We came to the basketball World cup, so we choose this hotel because it is close to Indonesia Arena. And it was good choise. Stay was very comfortable - staff was friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, kitchen is pretty well equipped. Also we liked infinity pool and sauna. Also we liked dining options around hotel - especially local food restaurant Nirmala (you can find it on google maps) and Chucks Cattle - steak house on main street in front of hotel. Also close is Pizza Hut, BarBurger (local burger)

- big spacious room/apartment for families - luxurious but value for money - decent breakfast, not much but sufficient options (local, western, bread) - friendly staff - centrally located

we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel , the room with balcony was just woow and the view was really good , the staff were friendly and helpful , the bed was comfortable , just we wished if there was a pipe in the toilet instead of the built in pipe .

Very accessible location, bluebird taxi transportation service readily available just outside hotel. Hotel facilities were of my expectation. Feels more like home . Availability of laundry facilities frm 2 in 1 washer/dryer, cooking facilities, utensils , clean bed and clean toilet facilities. There is a decent gym and an infinity pool for you to chill n relax. Reasonable pricing I can say overall . My apologies I didnt take much photo of the hotel area ... jus upload some of those which I took during the stay
