the room is clean, the staff are very friendly and fast in helping us, be it if we need something from the house keeping or if we need taxi.

The staff is very helpful. We asked them to clean our room because we found ants, and they were very accommodating. Someone came to clean our room, although it was almost midnight. The next day, when they still found ants, they asked us if we wanted to move to another room. Also the internet was fast.
