Horizon Club offered lovely facilities and the staff were wonderful. Beds very comfortable. BATS provided good entertainment!

Excellent hotel Big. comfortable with good gym, swimming pools, gardens, whirlpool. Quiet, large room, with views of Jakarta, safe, great Wi-Fi. Great efficient, attentive, friendly staff. The breakfast is fantastic, a feast: Breakfast has several stations: healthy, Chinese, Japanese, Western, Indian. There is a Chinese station with congee, a rice soup where the guest adds various seasonings such as peanuts, eggs, and various spices. The Japanese station has miso soup and ingredients to put in the soup, such as tofu, vegetables, seaweed, noodles The healthy station has several, such as a variety of yogurts, fruits, smoked salmon, vegetables with broccoli. There is an Indian station with masala dosa, naan, dall and various specialties. There's even ice cream. There are also stations with cheeses, cold cuts, breads of all kinds, and an English coffee station.

I had a fantastic stay at Shangri-La Jakarta. The gym was well-equipped, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel’s central location was also a big plus. Highly recommended!

I mostly liked the staff, and all of them were helpful and always smiling. Nova and Ben of BATS were too friendly and lovely. I can not forget Refina she made me feel home. Every day, she will ask how my day was and if I have done any interesting things. I definitely will come back to shangri-la.

It is the strong Shangrila feel and scent that makes me feel like home! The hotel surrounding is pretty. Love the buffet lunch there. The lights in the room are bright enough!
