I have stayed here few times since when it was known as Nikko Hotel. The hotel location is good and easy access to Plaza Indonesia.

The room was tidy, clean and carpeted. Not all hotels have carpeted room. Which this is one of the criteria we choose Pullman. The breakfast was varieties and delicious. The coffee super nice and the f&b staff have offered the coffee to be served, unlike some other places. I can still remember the tasty of french toast and baked bean with tomato sauce. The location are very strategic just opposite grand indonesia mall and other mall just a walking distance away. Opposite MRT station and it is very convenient to go anywhere.

Security is good. All staff are attentive and helpful. I had a smooth check in. Easy access to Plaza Indonesia just across the hotel. Exit turn right is walking distance to Sarinah area. We had breakfast & dinner at the hotel.

For some reason I always have my best sleep at pullman hotels. Nice Sauna, nice gym. Really love it. There was some confusion on the booking, but they compromised.

To refresh the toilet (older bathroom). Need to upgrade and touch up the toilet facilities i.e. old and damp. Not worth the price paid, not match the expectations.

The room is good but a bit small Receiption staff was not very enthusiasm, especially when you arrived at destination from a long trip at midnight, you expected smiles but did not see
