The staff are very friendly and really helpful I liked the atmosphere and the spa is very excellent and clean Central mall is just outside the door and it’s containing many shops with many options (even covering high to low prices) Really I was very happy that I chosen this Hotel & I will repeat my visit again but with my family to enjoy the time, relax and shopping

Location was unbeatable, right next to Central Park mall. Check-in and check-out were fast, and the art displays in the lobby was interesting. Comfortable room.

Good location. It’s just next to a large mall, Central Park. It is a good thing that they changed the design, because the bathroom now has a door although it cannot be fully closed. Breakfast is good; there is a lot of variety and taste is acceptable. We can ask for freshly squeezed fruit juice, cappuccino or latte without additional charge. The restaurant gets crowded after 7:15 AM.

Buffet breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Was able to get early check in which was appreciated. Close to 3 large shopping centres.

Location less than 30mins from airport. Early check in is allowed if the room is ready. Cleanliness. Spacious room. Comfortable mattress. Decent TV channels (AXN, TVN and TVN movies). Good breakfast spread. It’s linked to Central Park Mall which has lots of good restaurants and shops for shopping. Walking distance to other big malls such as Taman Angrek Mall.

The staff there are very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection is just spectacular, and the quality of fruits is just beautiful. The overall property is just nice and clean. The location is spot on with shopping centre just next door.
